OUR MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of the Friendly Church of God in Christ is to glorify God, edify the saints, and evangelize the lost. More specifically, the purpose and mission of the Friendly Church of God in Christ is to effectively minister to people of all nations, colors, and life situations through the Word of God and through committed leadership to promote spiritual growth and victorious living.

OUR COMMITMENT

We are committed to fulfilling the great commission as set forth by our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:18-20; to go out and make disciples of all nations. We are committed to a ministry of Glorifying God, of edifying and building up the Body of Christ and of winning the lost AT ANY COST!!! (Acts 1:8; 2:41-47)

OUR SERVICE (A CHURCH FOR THE COMMUNITY)

We offer a ministry that is Christ-Centered and ministers to the needs of the whole man (1 Thes. 5:23). Our ministry reaches groups of all ages and backgrounds. We offer a powerful Preaching and Teaching ministry, an exciting Youth Ministry, a motivating Singles Ministry, and a DYNAMIC Choir and Praise & Worship ministry.

    We applaud Eld Woods on his recent appointment as Pastor of the Greater True Vine Church of God in Christ in Los Angeles, Ca.  We wish you and the First Lady well.  We pray that as God has kept his hand on you as you served the Friendly church family so faithfully for the past 27 yrs, he will continue to keep you.   We are so Godly proud of you.  You will be missed be missed but we know the God is a rewarder of them the diligently seek him.
