Support Ministry Staff:
Elder Brian Smith Purpose:
The purpose of the Support Department is to assist the Pastor and
Congregation in ministry, worship and all church functions.
This is accomplished through the ministry of helps. The
Support Department maintains the desires of the pastor and coordinates the
function of the church services. The
Support Department is spiritually exemplified in Exodus 17:12.
Aaron and Hur stayed up Moses hands, the one on the one side, and
the other on the other side. The
combined cooperating support department upholds the hands of the Pastor. Auxiliaries
in Department · Elders and Ministers - Consists of all the Elders and Ministers in the congregation. ·
Sanctuary
Choir - Boosts the Services through spiritual songs and songs of jubilee. ·
Door
Greeters - Welcomes everyone with a smile and a holy greeting. ·
Usher
Board - Prepares the Sanctuary to receive the saints of God and friends. ·
Hospitality
Ministry - Prepares food and refreshments during times of fellowship ·
Pastor's
Aide Committee - Assists the pastor in his travels, and refreshes his
office. ·
Pulpit
Guild - Ensures the pulpit supplies and refreshments are kept on hand.
